Hasini rape and murder case HC to give verdict on accused Dhasvanth's plea

Madras High Court to pronounce verdict on Hasini rape and murder convict Dhashvant's death sentence. Dhashvant was given death sentence by Chengalpet court on 19th February. 7 year old Hasini went missing on 5th February and her charred body was found on 8th February. The court found Dhashvant guilty of abducting the child, sexually assaulting her and murdering her after examining 30 witnesses, 45 documents and 19 pieces. Dhashvant filed a petition with Madras High Court against the death sentence. Justice Vimala and Justice Ramalingam will pronounce the verdict post noon.
