The River Police's patch covers the 250 miles of waterways around London. These are a magnet for the criminal underworld - acting as an ideal hiding place, both for people and evidence. After a violent robbery in London's Docklands, the specialist dive team must retrieve evidence thrown into the dock. And when a man evades arrest by swimming to an island in the middle of a lake, the river unit is called in to help out.
