Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige talks about the effects “Black Panther” had on Disney. According to Comicbook.com, Feige said that the film “emboldened” Disney to do more diverse stories. Feige said the film’s success will help with the inclusion of heroes of color. Feige said: “It was the path that we were heading in any way because they’re great stories from the comics.” The Marvel Studios president said that these stories are all about contemporary society.
