New Twist to the 18 MLA's case. Disqualified Andipatti constituency MLA Thangatamil Selvan has decided to withdraw his petition against the speaker in the MHC. He has arrived to this conclusion after the MHC referring the case to the third bench. This is being discussed with TTV Dinakaran and a decision to be taken very soon. Soon he will be approaching the EC asking to conduct bye-election as the constituency remains vacant for 9 months now.
