Reshuffle in Karnataka cabinet after CM was criticised was making class 8th pass GT Devegwoda higher education minister now he has been made co-operation minister and Bandeppa Kashempur will handle higher education. Reportedly GT Devegowda was miffed with the govt for the portfolio assigned to him as he was eyeing better.
