The kitchen of Carlo and Camilla is entrusted to Chef Luca Pedata and a team of young chefs, under the direction of Chef Carlo Cracco. The culinary proposal is a concert of clear flavors and unexpected details. The origin of everything is the raw materials of the highest quality, selected in full respect of the seasons and preferring the production of the territory. The dishes are made with simplicity and rigor, reinterpreting the tradition in a contemporary version. Great research in cooking techniques, often unusual, aimed at maintaining the high quality of the ingredients. The menu varies every 3 months, but there are some constant proposals. The out-menu proposal changes daily.
