Indian Institute of Technology- Bombay (IIT) has emerged as the country’s best university in the latest edition of the QS World University Ranking. IIT-Bombay moved up 17 places (162 rank) displacing IIT-Delhi as India’s top-ranked institution. Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore has also overtaken IIT-Delhi and is now ranked 170.
