Mercedes driver caught on CCTV dumping dog in car park

A heartless Mercedes driver is caught on CCTV dragging a dog out of the boot before dumping it in a car park and speeding away. Footage shows the black car circling the Birmingham Animal Centre, in Frankley Green, at 8.05am on August 26. The car blocks three disabled bays while the lardy driver gets out and opens the boot where he drags the Staffordshire bull terrier-type dog out. After dumping the terrified dog at the gates of the rescue centre, the man rushes back to the car and gets in before driving off.
