A Dad forced to tear down home-made skate park because he didn't get planning permission.

Stewart Power, 26, could not believe it when council officials told him to rip down the ramp in his back garden took eight months and #1,000 to build – after he secured his mum’s permission.
The dad-of-one who lives with his mum in Dagenham, East London, has always dreamed of becoming a professional inline skater, but felt like there weren’t enough facilities to practice nearby.
Stuart and handyman best mate Alec Baker, 29, decided to build their own park in Stuart's back garden.
He said: “We spent months working on building this ramp and bit by bit it was coming together.
“We were spending two hours here and there trying to get it done, because we both work six days a week.
Stuart and Alec work together as handymen, and do odd jobs for residents in Dagenham.
