TN Govt. to Madras HC 12 out of 13 died due to bullet injuries in Tuticorin

TN Govt tells Madras HC that 12 people died in Tuticorin firing and post-mortem was conducted only on 7 bodies because 6 of the families were not cooperating. Says five of the rest of seven families want the bodies for performance of final rites. Judge is yet go give orders on releasing bodies to the families.
