This is a very easy and simple tutorial on how to make a storage bin from a cardboard box. They are great to use for a baby nursery or just to organize your stuff.\r \r You will need:\r Box (diaper box works great)\r Fabric\r Hot Glue Gun\r Scissors\r Measuring Tape\r Pen \r Sewing Machine (optional)\r \r Step 1:\r Choose a box and cut off the flaps.\r Step 2:\r Measure the fabric according to your box and cut the fabric.\r Step 3:\r Glue the fabric on to the box.\r Step 4:\r Cut the fabric at the 4 corners on the bottom and the top. This makes it easier to glue.\r \r You can use the box just like that for organization or add a ribbon to make a cute border. \r \r I will also show you how to make a box liner.\r \r Step 1:\r Measure the box all around on both sides. Add a few inches depending on how you like the box liner to be. \r Step 2:\r Mark the fabric and cut.\r Step 3: \r Measure each side again + the extra inches you added. (I added 5in extra on each side) Mark them on the fabric\r Step 4: \r Place the box on the marks and draw the corners on to the fabric.\r Step 5:\r Draw two lines out from each corner and cut off the 4 squares of fabric at the corners.\r Step 6: \r Glue or sew the fabric at the cut corners.\r Step 7:\r Place the liner in the box to double check.
