Trombones and Tubas are NOT in Concert Pitch! (Revised Version)

A long time ago I created a video with this title that received more than usual criticism. I think this was partly due to how I tried to get the message across. In this video I try again to get this message out there.\r
\r
In essence, when you play the tenor or bass trombone, baritone, euphonium, or tuba in bass clef, you are normally treated as a non-transposing instrument in concert pitch. HOWEVER, if you are playing these ex same instruments in the British style brass band, or in some concert and wind bands, where you read natively in treble clef, and then your instruments are treated as transposing instruments; not in concert pitch.\r
\r
The correct phrase is that tenor trombones, baritones, euphoniums, and tubas are not _always_ in concert pitch.\r
