The Opel Movano has standard halogen reflectors. In this video we show how to easy switch them into Bi-xneon projectors.\r
\r
0:11 Put the headlight in the carton box for about 18 minutes. (Or oven for 5 minutes only pre-heat!!)\r
0:26 Separate the glass from the housing with a flat screwdriver, premise tools and other tools. This permaseal tools take a while to open. Be patience.\r
1:39 Turn the leveling points to the most depth point, youll be able to undo all points whats connected on the inlay. (be careful, its all pretty soft material). Once youve undo all these point, pull the inlay out and disconnect all wires. \r
With a Dremel, get away some material for the bi-xenon wires.\r
2:13 Place the Mini H1 bi-xenon projector in the reflector, put the small rubber ring on the tail firs, then put it through the reflector, center it with the included H7 centric rings and fasten it with the nut!\r
(When youre not able to place the H7 centric ring, you have to align it manually). \r
3:19 Once its all remount, you can put back the reflector and fasten it by using the leveling screws\r
3:29 Clean all chrome parts and the lens.\r
3:42 Mount the Gatlun Gun shrouds with 2 component glue.\r
