Starting us off today.... the two Koreas have agreed to hold high-level talks on Wednesday.... at the truce village of Panmunjom.
Seoul's Unification Ministry says.... it proposed last week to hold the talks on Monday,... but North Korea replied this morning and suggested they meet on Wednesday.
South Korea quickly accepted the North's proposal.
North Korea is sending a five-member delegation led by Ri Son-kwon ,... the head of Pyongyang's inter-Korean affairs committee.
South Korea's delegation will be led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon .... and will also be made up of around five members.
Meeting for the first time since last month's inter-Korean summit,... the two Koreas are expected to discuss follow-up measures on implementing the Panmunjom Declaration... as well as schedules for inter-Korean military and Red Cross talks.
