Volkswagen wants to be our “Streetmate” with a new product, but we cannot (yet) tell what this is.
It could be just about anything, from a new smartphone app to a zero-emission vehicle, considering that it adds the ‘I.D.’ prefix, and this makes it even more interesting.
What’s certain is that the German automaker has applied for the ‘I.D. Streetmate’ trademark, according to VWVortex. Given its name, it could very well be used on a city car, or a subcompact SUV, among others.
