Hollywood and Bollywood stun at the Met Gala 2018

First Monday of May or Met Gala Monday as its called saw the who’s who of Hollywood and some familiar Bollywood faces descend on the steps of the Met on 7 May. This year, the theme of the charity gala was ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination’. Co-host Rihanna wore a Margiela-designed papal crown and cape. Black Pather’s Chadwick Boseman wore an ornate Versace suit. Priyanka Chopra wore a demure velvet gown made by Ralph Lauren. Deepika Padukone stayed away from the ostentatious and wore a simple red gown by Prabal Gurung, with minimal jewellery
