Making lasting change is all about forming good habits; I once heard a saying that goes the only form of permanence is repetition. So I want to share some of my go-to habits which have helped me live in a cleaner home. \r

Now with habits, you (eventually) dont feel like youre ually making yourself do the thing youre doing, you just do it, naturally. While it does take time to establish the habit, like loading your dishes directly into the dishwasher after eating, if you commit to doing it each day after 3 weeks it will start to feel habitual. Thats what you want! Dont beat yourself up if you miss a day though, you can always pick right back up where you left off. Youll kind of get hooked on the good feeling, and your old ways will start to feel uncomfortable.\r

Set yourself up for success (in this case, a cleaner space!) by implementing these habits. \r
