South Korea's Defense Ministry has organized a task force to execute the Panmunjom Declaration signed at the inter-Korean summit. A South Korean military official told Arirang News Friday that the task force is led by defense minister Song Young-moo ,... and is made up of key defense ministry officials and the Joint Chiefs of Staff,... as well as defense experts. The team is also preparing inter-Korean military talks,... including the general-level talks slated for later this month. As part of its execution of the Panmunjom Declaration, the team is aiming to complete the removal of the loudspeakers along the inter-Korean border by the end of this weekend.
