MQ-1C Gray Eagle in the Philippines

Here is a video from one of our followers of what looks like an MQ-1C Gray Eagle taking off from an airport that is reportedly somewhere in the Philippines.

The MQ-1C is an improved version of the older MQ-1 Predator distinguished by that hump above the tail. As of now the only user of the MQ-1C that I know of is none other than the US of A.
