Justice Joseph's fate hangs in balance as the SC collegium has deferred the decision on Justice Joseph. The critical meet ended a while back but couldn't reach a decision on the same. The meeting was expected to take a decision on the name of Uttrakhand High Court Judge KM Joseph for elevation as a judge in the SC which was opposed by the Central Government
