Well, it's been raining all day long,... and according to the latest forecast, the sky is expected to clear out soon here in the capital. But Gangwon-do and Chungcheongbuk-do provinces will have to wait a bit longer before putting the umbrellas away.
After the rain, cold air will drop temperatures all across the country. It is quite a stark contrast to Tokyo, where readings have approached the 30 degree Celsius mark.
Tomorrow, Seoul will get up to 9 degrees Celsius in the morning, Daegu and Gyeongju get up to 10 and 9 degrees respectively.
The daily high in Seoul will be topping out at 17 degrees, while Gwangju rises to 18 degrees and Busan at 20.
Conditions will warm back up by Saturday, which is Children's Day here in Korea. But more rain is expected to fall starting Sunday, especially in the southern region, so if you are planning on going out during the weekend and the extended holiday on Monday, make sure to check out the latest forecast report.
