Spring Pointe demo | LCB: The Secret Garden 2013

Here's a bitesize demo of a 'Spring Pointe' taken from The London Children's Ballet production of The Secret Garden performed in 2013.

Definition: Dancer stands in first position, jumps in the air landing with their supporting leg bent and turned out, whilst the working leg is stretched out in front similar to tendu. The dancer jumps again swapping their working leg and supporting leg.
