Eamonn O'Neal travels to Southern California in the United States, to take a look at some custom 'Lowriders' - which are cars that use hydraulics to elevated a car higher or bring it closers to the ground, as well as letting it bounce up and down. Plus he speaks to Ralph Fuentes, who belongs to the Imperial Car Club, to find out why people in America choose to do this to their cars.
