In this episode of Race School, it's day four at Silverstone. We are following the progress of seven pupils. The pressure is on as they rev up for their final practice in the Formula 4's. They go for a ride in Caterham 7. Singer Paul Young is interviewed about his racing hobbies on the course. We are taken on a lap of Silverstone and shown how it should be done. We give you the history of the racing helmet. The instructors give and update on the pupil's progress.
