How To Make A No Sew Tutu

THIS IS SÖOO EASY! Much much easier than I ever expected. I made this one specifically to go under my Ursula the sea witch costume, but you can make one in any color or size that you like!\r
You will need:\r
-Some sort of elastic band for your waist (an adult headband would work for a toddler sized tutu) \r
-8 yards of whatever color tule fabric you want ( I cut mine into rectangles that are 5 inches by whatever length you want on your tutu times 2) \r
-scissors\r
It is so easy, go ahead and try it!
