The planet's best downhill racers competed in the picturesque setting of Lošinj. The small Croatian island welcomed around 300 mountain bikers from all over the world. Finally, Aaron Gwin (USA) proved it again and won the race just before Luca Shaw (USA) and Dean Lucas (AUS).
