PM breaks silence on Unnao and Kathua rape cases, says the guilty won't be spared

Prime Minister Narendra Modi finally delivered a strong statement on the Kathua and Unnao rape case. Speaking at the inauguration of the Dr Ambedkar national Memorial at New Delhi, Prime Minister said that such incidents shake our conscience. He also said that justice will be delivered to the daughters who have suffered atrocities.
