Per a request from a viewer wanting ranch Pringles.\r These crunchy, ranch seasoned chips are not only additive, but easy to make. I bet you cant eat just one!\r \r Recipe:\r 1 baking potato\r 1 tablespoon olive oil\r ranch seasoning mix\r 1/4 teaspoon salt\r \r Peel your baking potato. Set your mandolin to the thinest setting. Slice your potato and place in a plastic bag with a little olive oil. Give it a good shake to coat. Place potato slices on a large plate close together, but not touching. Microwave for 3 - 5 minutes. You want them crispy, but not brown.\r *I pulled mine out at 4 minutes.\r Place them in a plastic bag with some ranch seasoning mix and a little salt.
