How to install TomTom Android navigation in External SD on 4.4 KITKAT or 5 Lollipop

*NO ROOT*. Tutorial how to install the tomtom android navigation app into your external sd card when using KitKat or Lollipop. On earlier android OS versions you dont need to follow these steps, just copy the tomtom folder straight into the root of your extsdcard.\r

If you dont want to put the tomtom folder in the ext. sd card, just put the tomtom folder as it is when you downloaded it into the root directory of your internal sd card. It should work.\r

Tested on Galaxy S4 9505, Note 3 9005 both kitkat. Works on both.
