The music industry is no stranger to cosmetic surgery, but this is something else.
When she was just 21, rapper Cardi B paid $800 to get injections in her backside but admitted this left her in terrible pain.
Cardi, who was a stripper at the time, couldn’t afford to go to a sterilised clinic so instead went to a basement apartment in Queens, New York, where they didn’t even use anaesthetic.
Cardi admitted the pain nearly caused her to pass out and her butt leaked for five days afterwards.
This basement surgeon went to prison, however, when someone else died in the same ‘practice’ after.
But why did Cardi want the implants? Well, she confessed her boyfriend at the time cheated on her with a women with a “fat, big” butt.
Thankfully, she is in a much better place and recently revealed she is expecting a child with her fiancé Offset.
