3 traffic cops tie up a 21-year-old boy and thrash him for not wearing helmet. The boy was brutally trashed in front of his mother and sister in Chennai. This video has gone viral on SM. 21-year-old Prakash was stopped by traffic cops for not wearing a helmet and violating traffic rules. After an argument the cops started attacking Prakash in front of her mother and sister. In the video it can be seen a traffic cop is trying to break his hand. Prakash has been arrested on charges of attacking a cop and the traffic cops allege that their shirt buttons were ripped off when Prakash attacked them.
