Andhra Pradesh: Makeshift light poles collapse; 21 injured moved to hospital for treatment

4 dead and nearly 50 injured after sudden rainfall and hailstorm in Ontimitta, Kadapah, AP. According to the Inspector heavy rainfall and hailstorm hit the region at about 5 pm on Friday killing 4 people and leaving 52 injured. Meanwhile hundreds of people gathered at KondandaRama Swamy Temple for Ram Navami celebrations, in which CM Chandrababu Naidu also took part today. At about 5 pm due to sudden rainfall- the makeshift tents and make shift light poles collapsed killing 4 people. 21 injured have been moved to the hospital for treatment. And the remaining from the 52 injured were given basic first aid. The CM attended the celebrations and left post which there was sudden rainfall.
