Navy holds annual maneuvers as S. Korea remembers victims on 8th anniversary of Cheonan sinking

South Korea is marking the eighth anniversary of the sinking of the warship Cheonan,...a disaster believed to have been caused by a North Korean torpedo.
Forty-six South Korean sailors were killed in the attack.
Remembering the day,... the South Korean Navy is reaffirming its strong will to protect the nation's territorial waters.
The Navy has confirmed the size of its annual maneuvers, taking place in waters around the country,... will be the same level as last year.
Today's maneuvers will include some 20 vessels, maritime patrol aircrafts and airplanes.
North Korea continues to deny it was behind the sinking,... and has not apologized for the incident.
