Court postpones arrest warrant hearing for ex-president Lee Myung-bak

It was scheduled for today,... but the court hearing of Lee Myung-bak's arrest warrant has been delayed, after the ex-president made it clear he would not be taking part in it.
The Seoul Central District Court was scheduled to hold the session at 10:30 a.m. today local time,... but his absence deemed it necessary to postpone the hearing.
There are other options.
One would be making the decision without questioning the former leader,... and instead going over the interrogation records and other evidence from the investigation with Lee's lawyers.
The other choice would be calling in the ex-president for further questioning on a different date.
The court's decision is expected to be finalized tomorrow.
