Beginners Tutorial on Improvising Over Chord Changes

In this video I am discussing the chord changes from Miles Davis composition Solar. This is intended for folks who are beginners learning how to improvise over a set of chord changes. I like this song because the chord changes are relatively simple and there are only twelve bars. I am discussing using 3rds and 7ths as guild tone lines as a tool to hear the chords, and help with improvisation.
