When I made this Goulash, Bret ate it 3 nights in a row for supper. I believe he would have ate it 4 nights in a row if there had been enough of it left. \r

All you need to go with it is a slice or two of buttered bread and a glass of cold milk. Its a pasta dish thatll satisfy any meat and potato man.\r

Ingredients:\r

2 lbs. - Ground chuck\r
4 cups - Fresh tomatoes chopped\r
1 cup - Onion chopped\r
2 cups - Bell peppers chopped\r
1 clove - Garlic\r
1/4 cup Parsley chopped\r
2 cups - Elbow macaroni noodles\r
1 1/2 tablespoons - Sugar\r
Salt & pepper
