1 tsp soy sauce\r
1 Tbs Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce) \r
1 Tbs sambal (chili paste) \r
1 tsp dark soy sauce \r
1/4 cup chicken stock\r

For Stir Fry\r
6 oz egg noodles- dry, fresh, semi-fresh doesnt matter, just prepare by following the package you are using.\r
2 Tbs cooking oil, divided\r
3 to 4 oz shrimp or any other protein you prefer\r
2 cloves garlic, chopped (approximately 2 tsp)\r
1/2 shallot, chopped (approximately 1/4 cup)\r
1 oz carrot, julienned (approximately 2 Tbs)\r
3 oz green leaf vegetable such as yu choy, bok choy, green cabbage and etc\r
3 oz beansprouts\r
1 Tbs fried shallot \r
