00:15You
00:50Hey guys, you're welcome QDCrafts and today I'm going to be showing you how I made this
00:53giant 3D perler bead Nutella container. Sorry for not posting for so long. I was in the middle of midterm
01:00so I really had no time to make any videos but after I was done I just felt really compelled
01:05to make a giant Nutella. Just a disclaimer, I'm using mini beads in this project so if you don't have
01:12them I would just print off this logo here and then glue it on but it's just not the same
01:19as having an actual perler bead logo that you've made yourself.
01:23Alright with that said, I'm just going to show you guys all the different pieces that I used to make
01:27this jar. Let's go! The first piece I'm making is the bottom of the jar and it's essentially a 12
01:33by 24 rectangle with the three corner pieces taken off. Here are the next two layers. I'm going to make
01:39one of these pieces and then two of this thin rectangular piece. Remember you can just pause the video anytime
01:46throughout the video so that you can copy these pieces down.
01:49I'm going to be using masking tape to help me with ironing and if you want to know how I
01:54iron my perler beads, my last video shows you the difference between direct fusing and using the masking tape method.
02:12Here are my four iron pieces for the bottom of the Nutella jar and I'm going to be using Gorilla
02:18Glue to glue everything together.
02:19So the order of gluing goes from here to here. I'm just going to put this on top and then
02:26these two right here and then that is the bottom of the jar.
02:44Now as I wait for these to dry, I'm going to be making the white label part of the Nutella
02:50jar and this is really easy. It's just making a whole bunch more layers of this piece.
02:55So here's the next piece that you'll need to make. It's just white beads and it's the same as the
03:01brown piece that I made earlier and now you're just going to need to make 12 more of them.
03:06And then of course glue these all together.
03:28Now for the top chocolate part of the Nutella jar, which is just this part, I am going to make
03:35two of this piece and one of these.
03:39And then I'm just going to glue these two together first and then this on top.
03:46Then the next three pieces I'm going to need, I need two of this piece and then you get one
03:55of these pieces and put this on top.
03:58Very similar to the last one but this one is slightly smaller.
04:01So you're going to have these two hearts now and you see this one will go on top of this
04:13piece.
04:14The last two pieces, this and this.
04:21This will go on top of here and then right on top of this tower.
04:27Now you can see there are nine layers of this and it's slowly curving inward.
04:33Last but not least, these are the pieces to make the cap of the Nutella jar.
04:37So then here are three of the same piece and then this is the final top part which leaves a
04:45huge opening to put pencils, spoons, chocolate, anything you want inside the jar.
04:52Alright now that I have all of these pieces glued, I hope you can see where I'm going with this.
04:57This is the bottom of the jar, here is the label, then the top of the jar and then the
05:06cap to make a gigantic Nutella parlor bead jar.
05:11Now let's just glue all of this together and we're almost done.
05:24Using mini beads, I made the Nutella logo and the only hard part about this was the E and the
05:31A.
05:32I used a round pegboard for mini beads to kind of make an overall outline of the shape and then
05:38I used tape to readjust the beads to make it look as close to an E and an A as
05:44possible.
05:44But the N, U, T and L's should be really easy to make and if you don't have mini beads,
05:50I would suggest just going online, searching up the logo and then printing it and then you can just glue
05:56it or tape it onto the perler bead project.
05:59Along with the Nutella logo, I made this little bread and milk with the hazelnut and the yellow flower that
06:07you see right here.
06:09So here is the jar all glued up without the logo and you can see it is a huge container
06:15for you to put stuff inside.
06:18I'm just going to lay out the mini bead things that I've made here.
06:28I made this part a little bit too big, see this one is a lot smaller, but I think you
06:33can tell that this is a Nutella jar.
06:35So this is the best I could do and let's start gluing this.
06:40The mini bead pieces are easier to glue on so I'm just going to be using hot glue.
07:11And there we go.
07:12Oh, that is my 3D perler bead Nutella jar.
07:16Alright guys, so that's it for this week's video.
07:19I hope you enjoyed watching me make this giant 3D perler bead Nutella.
07:23It is kind of practical, you can use it to hold whatever you want because it's just a giant container.
07:29But with that said, if you have any suggestions for other 3D foods that you want me to make, I
07:34would love to hear them.
07:35You can leave a comment down below.

07:43Thanks so much for watching guys and I'll see you next time with another QDCraft.
07:47We'll see you next time.
08:01Here we go.
08:01Bye.
