** I LOVE this dish and would sometimes order it when I eat out. however, the way they make them at the restaurant is they would use a SHITLOAD of oil to stir fry the noodles O_O;. and every time I finish eating it, Id get sick =( So now I dont order this from restaurant. I make my own version. almost OIL-LESS ^_^ **\r
