On January 20th 2017, the eyes of the world will be on Donald Trump; the property developer turned TV host as he takes the oath of office and is sworn in as America's 45th president.

President Trump will have a unified Republican Congress to work with. From Inauguration day onwards, President Trump will be in a position to deliver profound and lasting change. A phrase coined by analysts is that there is "a dark Donald and a Trump lite".

After president Trump's inauguration the political tremors will reverberate across America and around the world in 2017.
