Stoking up a fresh controversy ahead of the polls and whipping up curiosity, the Siddaramaiah government has set aside a whopping Rs 10 crore to gather intelligence information pertaining to the polls 2018 in its budget. The Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who also holds the finance portfolio, tabled the supplementary budget with an estimate of Rs 5,351.49 crore.
