South Korea's foreign ministry confirmed Tuesday that Seoul's top nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon will meet his visiting U.S. counterpart, Joseph Yun, next Monday for a joint consultation on issues related to North Korea.
The envoys are expected to discuss ways to start dialogue between Washington and Pyongyang,... following the recently resumed inter-Korean discussions that led the North to take part in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
