1. Jan 11, 2017 — Hyperloop One announced last week that it plans to execute a full test within the next three months at Apex Industrial Park in Las Vegas, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

2. May 2, 2017 — A SpaceX employee shared a photo of a giant tunnel-boring machine recently on his Instagram account, which seems to indicate that Elon Musk’s tunnel-digging project is underway.

3. Sep 19, 2015 — A unit of CRRC, China's largest train manufacturer, has signed a deal with an American venture to build a high-speed rail between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, Reuters reported.

4. Dec 6, 2016 — Los Angeles-based start-up Hyperloop One has signed an agreement with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority to build the world’s first Hyperloop system, which will connect Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

5. May 15, 2016 — Hyperloop One, formally known as Hyperloop Technologies, has successfully conducted the first open-air test of the super fast train's propulsion system in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
