David Williams kissing Dec on the lips | NTA 2018

David Williams was voted Best TV Judge at the National Television Awards 2018.

But as Simon Cowell’s Britain’s Got Talent co-judge got up to receive his award, fans were stunned by his antics.

David was hugged by Ant McPartlin, who he was sat beside in the audience during the awards shown on ITV.

But as he greeted Dec Donnelly, he decided to give him a kiss on the lips.
