RM mini 3 review.Control all your devices from your phone. This is my review of the Broadlink RM mini 3, a smart controller, which can control any IR device. Lets have a look at it shall we. We can control any device that uses an IR receiver. The app has presents for most common devices, if it does not, it can always learn, via the app. As it's connected to your WiFi, it works from anywhere in your house. The device can also be linked to Alexa for voice control but the Alexa skill is yet to be released in India.
