The producers of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmaavat moved Supreme Court after film's ban in few states but now on this Supreme Court clears the release of the film and suspends film's ban from different states. Earlier Rajasthan, Gujrat, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh states have been said that they will not allow the film to be released. On this Producers appealed in Supreme Court and the top court has agreed to hear the plea of producers. A bench comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and DY Chandrachud considered the submission of producer's counsel and now the SC said that “Creative freedom, freedom of speech and expression can’t be guillotined... artistic freedom has to be protected.
