Night People started as a weekly Saturday Night party in NYC with Eli Escobar, Blu Jemz and LLyodski as residents. Now, Escobar and Jemz have teamed up to create a new label, Night People NYC. To mark the occasion they've pressed a limited 300, double vinyl copies of Escobar's debut album ‘Up All Night' which this track 'NY SO HI' is taken from.
Eli has been one the scene for nearly 20 years and is known not only for his productions but also for his NYC residencies and his remixes, which include Lana Del Ray, M.I.A. and Dirty Vegas.
The next release on Night People NYC will be a remix from Kim Ann Foxmann which will be out in November. But for now, check out the video for 'N.Y SO HI', directed by Blu and staring Eli and Lloydski, the footage is from their current residency at Tiki Disco in Brooklyn. Enjoy!
