In a horrifying incident, a man was caught on camera beating a puppy with belt repeatedly. He did not stop at this, after beating the puppy with belt he then started to kick the animal. The whole incident was caught on camera by the neighbor of the man and the video is now going viral on social media. The 21-sec video of the man standing next to the boundary wall of a house and beating the dog once again revealed the cruel instinct existing among humans. The video was made in Bhubaneshwar area of Odisha.
