challenges of making a documentary out doors

I got my awesome SELP18200 lens.. the one with power zoom... and I rushed out to challenge it to the max... SO what are the problems I'm going to have to solve?

- wind noise in the microphone
- synchronizing my voice recorder with the video
- camera shake due to wind
- dust blown onto the sensor
- being able to see the smartphone display
- anticipating where to point the camera
- viewers accepting the way I act and look
