Jeremy Jones’ partnership with ThirtyTwo is off to a flying start with his boot looking ready to hit the slopes next winter. This is the first boot that we know of with a dedicated walking function which can be opened or closed using a simple BOA system. The boot is held together with traditional laces, but they are protected by an outer layer that zips closed over the top. Since this is Jeremy Jones’ boot, it obviously has a solid flex for hurtling down high alpine lines on steep faces, and with the crampon adaptable VIBRAM sole it’s much more practical when it comes to reaching those Further, Deeper and Higher lines that the man himself is hitting every year.
